In this paper the authors exposed the doctrine of Friar Alonso de Veracruz about natural marriage. In Speculum coniugiorum, work that aims to highlight the rationality of the Indians and the importance of cultural diversity for the development of the men, the Augustinian thinker clarify the issue of the nature of the spousal agreement on the base of the principles of natural law and the teaching of the great masters of the Spanish Scholastics.Downloads
