Abstract
The study addresses the evolution of the Chilean legal system through the analysis of concrete situations and issues contained in the memoirs of the ministers of justice in the aforementioned period, especially highlighting the transformation of the procedural and criminal law, the codification and the Church-State relationship.Downloads
