La staatslehre de h. arnisaeus (1575-1636) y la schule von helmstedt un análisis en conmemoración de los 400 años de la politica (1606-2006)
Abstract
This article considers H. Arnisaeus's political work the most complete doctrinal corpus of the European absolutist theory in the XVII century. In this sense, Arnisaeus can perfectly be considered the father of the German Staatslehre, the chief theorist of Germany's absolutism in the XVII century and a distinguished member of the Helmstedt School. The core of his treatise Politica (1606) lies in his reconsideration of the Aristotelian theory of revolution as a constitutional change and mutation.
