Spanish Colonial Law in the Treasury and Public Administration Plan of 1817 and Its Projection in the First Chilean Constitutional Law

This article is a review of one of the first laws that regulated administrative law in the Patria Nueva, the Treasury Plan, analyzing its provisions from the continuity with Spanish colonial law and its possible projection in the constitution of 1818. At the same time, it is questioned the thesis about whether this text is part of the constitutional history of Chile.
